soon will you ship my order?
When you order before 6:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time, your
order will normally ship the next business day. Orders placed
after 6:00 pm EST, or on Saturday and Sunday, will normally
ship within 48 hours.

However, for some countries, we must require a money order or bank draft (US DOLLARS) in advance, and charge $20.00 (US) for shipping and handling. do you charge for shipping and handling?
For regular parcel post, the shipping and handling fee is $20.00 (US). Global Priority, if available for your country, costs $25.00 (US). How
long before my order arrives?
Most international orders are delivered in 10 days. Please
note: Customs clearance may delay the delivery of your order
by up to an additional two weeks depending on your country.
What
happens if my order does not clear customs?
If you provide us with the appropriate documentation from your Customs Department, we will refund your purchase, less a restocking fee of $20.00 plus any expedited shipping services, if any. Or, at your request, we will re-ship your order, but we must charge shipping and handling again. If we re-ship your order and it again does not clear customs, we will refund your purchase less the restocking fee as described above. Sorry, but we cannot ship a third time.

I be charged a customs fee or tax?
Most countries today charge their citizens an import duty
or tax. We are unable to determine this in advance, and
you will be responsible for this cost.
